Dan The Man Has The Plan

I almost forgot I had a little ol' blog, or how to log into this thing. My goodness. Life has been busy as it does from time to time: moving, traveling, etc. I will be writing a post in June describing my most recent 12 week diet experiment: eating mostly fruits and veggies. No, I'm not a vegan, well, not 100% anyway. I will still eat a few eggs once in a while, and I ate ham for Easter. But I'm eating lots of fruits and veggies. The results have not been disappointing.

And speaking of fruits of veggies, The Life Regenerator, Dan The Man McDonald has been my go to Youtube channel for the past few months. He's almost up to 1200 videos in 3 years. Here's one of my favorites, a recent one, where he gave a 2 day class for a small Florida company. In this video he lays out his plan for how you can incorporate a ton of fruits and veggies in your diet.

  1. That's the thing that struck me - the same thing that works for one doesn't work for all. Different strokes for different folks...

  2. Or to put it another way, what works for one now may not work for one then. I can't eat like I did when I was a teenager. It's best to adapt.
